Pumee User Agreement

Welcome to Pumee! This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“User” or “You”) may use the Pumee mobile application (“App”) and its associated services. By accessing or using Pumee, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms, You may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pumee, You agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the App constitutes Your acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Pumee. If You are under 18, You must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, You represent and warrant that You meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Account

a. Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App.
b. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.

4. Permitted Uses

You agree to use Pumee only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal or harmful activities.
• Upload or distribute any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or its infrastructure.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pumee:

• Reverse engineering or modifying the App.
• Using automated systems, bots, or other means to access or interact with the App.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling Your account without permission.

6. Content Ownership

a. User Content: You retain ownership of any content You upload or share through the App. By uploading content, You grant Pumee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for App-related purposes.
b. Pumee Content: All content, software, and other intellectual property associated with the App are owned by Pumee or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute Pumee’s content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Pumee is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect Your personal information. By using the App, You consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Pumee reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pumee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rule. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between You and Pumee concerning Your use of the App.
